Relief Teacher - Rothwell Campus

We are looking for Teachers to provide casual relief teaching at our Rothwell Campus.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the relevant Head of Department at our Rothwell Campus, we invite applicants who will contribute to our Christian ethos to teach one or more of these subject areas and improve student learning within those subject areas. Application of specialist skills and abilities in QCAA senior subject syllabi, middle schooling pedagogies, holistic student care and support of College co-curricular opportunities, are associated with this opportunity.

About You

Suitable relief Teachers will have:

- Demonstrated ability to teach QCAA subject area syllabus
- Current eligibility to teach in Queensland and work in Australia
- Ability to teach in a variety of subject areas could be an advantage
- Willingness to assist with GEL – Grow, Empower, Learn (student holistic care program), GEL lessons, Chapel supervision, Inter-School sporting teams or      recreational activities
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary curriculum issues in education
- Awareness of National curriculum imperatives.
