A PARTNERSHIP WITH GRACE LUTHERAN COLLEGE
Focus Tennis Academy is a local organisation dedicated to providing exceptional coaching, support and growth opportunities for students and adults alike. The coaches of Focus Tennis Academy believe tennis coaching is an activity that can influence students’ lives both on and off court, through challenging their skills and growing self-confidence.
The Focus Tennis Academy coaches are friendly and highly skilled and qualified. They are passionate about helping people reach their full tennis potential whilst having fun and developing a love of the game. All coaches have an Australian Government issued Blue Card.
Tennis Excellence Partnership
Grace Lutheran College is proud to partner with Focus Tennis Academy to support our Tennis Excellence program.
Through this partnership, participating students can improve their tennis skills while also experiencing professional coaching and athlete conditioning.
The Tennis Excellence Program includes:
1) Weekly group coaching with a Focus Tennis Academy coach at the Grace College school tennis courts before school. Students are expected to attend a minimum of one lesson each week.
Sessions: Tuesday 7:00-8:00am, Friday 7:00-8:00am
2) Weekly group coaching with a Focus Tennis Academy coach at the Redcliffe Tennis centre during school hours. This session aligns with the Wednesday and Thursday afternoon school sport activity electives. Students will travel to the Redcliffe Tennis Centre via Grace College bus transportation where they will partake in a 1hour lesson.
Sessions: Wednesday Senior Sport (Years 10 - 12), Thursday Junior Sport (Years 7 - 9)
3) Weekly Friday Fixtures (compulsory for all students). Friday Fixtures Moreton League is run each Friday afternoon at the Redcliffe Tennis Centre. Players are supervised by Focus Tennis Coaches.
Sessions: Friday Moreton League Fixtures 4:15pm – 6:15pm

High School Programs
Focus Tennis Academy runs a number of Tennis programs available to local high school students and the Grace community.
High Performance Program | 10+ Years
Friday Night Junior Moreton Regional Tennis League (MRTL) | All FTA Juniors
There are also a number of adult programs and membership available through Focus Tennis Academy.
Primary School Program
Focus Tennis Academy promotes a range of Tennis programs for kids and primary school students.
Intermediate Orange Ball | 7 – 10 Years
Advanced Green Ball | 9+ Years
