Aims and Functions of the P&F Committees – Rothwell and Caboolture


The Grace Lutheran College Parents and Friends Committees are essential and active members of the College community.  These committees promote understanding and co-operation within the school community to assist parents and students in achieving the best outcome from their time at the College.  The P&F committees also provide a vital link with College management, administration and academic functions through their representation in various decision-making committees.  The P&F committees assist the College and its students by fostering activities that will benefit them.

Meetings at Rothwell

Meetings are held at 6.00 pm on the third Wednesday of each month (holidays excluded) in the College Boardroom next to Reception (A2) and are open to all parents and friends. These meetings provide a forum for parents and friends to express their point of view on any school-related matter. Parents of Grace Lutheran College are able to apply for a variety of P&F Grants for their student: Sport, Academic and Performing Arts. To apply for funding, please read the instructions on the application form below and complete the relevant section.

Meetings at Caboolture

The Caboolture P&F is an active parent and friends group, which meet on the first Wednesday of every month at 6:30pm. The meetings run for about an hour and are a great way to find out what’s happening at your child’s school.
